The main role of the policy is to communicate the company’s commitments and aspirations with regard to quality, and to define principal objectives for the quality management system. Bolger is ISO 9001:2008 certified for both the Como and the Kasota locations.
Bolger utilizes the Qualtrax System internally to assist in achieving and maintaining compliance with our quality standards, which are documented and available to all employees for reference after their initial training. Bolger’s Director of Compliance for ISO oversees all quality issues and directs regular quality meetings. We track all aspects of our performance including such areas as proof turnaround, on time delivery, and many other processes for accuracy. We suggest regular performance reviews with our clients. These reviews are key in determining the best possible products and cost saving measures for our clients.
